Refund policy

If the product your recipient received is substantially different from what was advertised, we will provide you with a full refund or have a new arrangement delivered to your recipient. If your recipient is not 100% satisfied with the product, please contact us and let us know and we will look into the issue and provide any refund and redelivery necessary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email or call us and let us know you would like to exchange your item that you have just ordered. Our customer service associate will assist you with making the change. However once the item has been made and is out for delivery, we can no longer be able to exchange the item.

Refunds
We will notify you once your refund has been accepted and approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
