Will I get a delivery confirmation?

Once your arrangement is delivered you will receive a delivery confirmation at the email you provided.Can I pick a time and day for my arrangement to be delivered?

Yes, in your shopping cart there is a text box where you can provide your preferred delivery date and time.

What happens if the recipient or myself is not at the delivery location when the arrangement is delivered?

Your arrangement will be placed in a location at your address where we see safest, whether that be with a doorman, at your front door, or at a front desk. 

What happens if I have trouble finding my arrangement?

Please call us +1 603-659-2751 as soon as possible if we notified you about a delivery but the arrangement cannot be found.
